Annual Scripps National Spelling Bee Held In Washington, DC

A San Diego, California 8th Grader [Nigeria: JSS II] won the 2012 National Spelling Bee competition, acing the competition by correctly spelling “guetapens,” a French word for ambush or trap.

An Indian-American did it again this year! Congratulations Ms. Nandipati.

A big congratulations to Miss Nandipathi who may be a Little Miss but is now set to play in the Big League of academics.
