If I knew back when what I know now – most older people like to intone!

I was jogging even by my late twenties, walked on and off later, always ate reasonable portions and those were about IT … BUT they are hardly enough to fortify us for the health battles that not having eaten sensibly, with all the major food nutrients in mind confront us with in older ages.

YOGA? You do not have to go to that length – would be great but I do not know any Yoga moves, either but I have a child who swears by its goodness. The Young lady whose blog I’m recommending here does but yoga is not central to how she recommends the way to stay healthy: EAT HEALTHY which most of us can swear by.
