how the N6billion – close to US$40m – poor kids looking for employment paid to consultants or whoever, to seek employment in an agency of the government of their country would be shared among the beneficiaries of one of the new scams that are killing our people, physically and figuratively.  How low can a country – even one definitely not on the path of nationhood – sink?  TOLA
