2014 Òjé-Ibadan & Òjé-Ẹdẹ Market Days – Tola Adenle

October 24, 2014

Yoruba History & Culture

As visitors to the old blog – emotan.wordpress.com] still abound daily through search engines to find out about the market days for aṣọ oke, I’m posting the market days from March to December as contained in the old blog:

Here are the market days for the two Oje at Ibadan and Ẹdẹ for the rest of 2014. I was away from early December and these fliers are only sold on market days even though you could actually visit the market place, at least at Ibadan any time during the year, and make purchases – though a bit more expensive – from women who maintain permanent stores.

This blog does not guarantee the days. They are copied here from widely-distributed publications by sale in the market, especially on market days. The blogger does not represent any weaver and cannot guarantee anything beyond providing information obtained and circulating same for use of members.
