Nigeria’s “First Ladyism” (15): Benue’s Yemisi Suswan is in the [bad] news, AGAIN! – Tola Adenle

June 26, 2015

Nigeria

This woman once claimed that “God put us here.  I am mother of the [Benue] State”.

Now, as she and her husband leave Benue State House where, like most of her counterparts in other states she lived in utter luxury, she has reportedly carted more of the state’s properties away from the Abuja Liaison Office away.

My opinion as for Abuja Liaison offices for states AS PRESENTLY BEING RUN is that they should be scrapped.  They are one of those outlets for governors to waste states’ resources apart from the fact that most of them spend more time there than in their states.  Hopping there on their helicopters make the back and forth journeys easier than hopping on okada for the masses.

Ms. Suswan, return those items, NOW!
