In opening her comments on the Chief of Army Staff (Buratai’s) mess that has arisen about his two homes in Dubai, and both purchases being questioned even as the army has seemingly cleared him according to a newspaper report, considering the second one was reportedly acquired eleven (11) days after becoming COAS –
“Buhari’s War on Corruption …, (June 29, 2016 Post), a commentator wrote:  Here comes the bi-i-i-ig test for President Buhari and his administration of change, in which there should be no sacred cows!

Part of my response:  And how come that over and over again, persons being named to most top government positions are now from the North? 

Well, it seems above observation, based on reading names of people being named to various positions within the “federal” government agencies, is more than a conjecture.

Sources speaking to SaharaReporters in an ongoing investigation disclosed that the Nigerian Prisons Service, under the leadership of the Controller-General Ahmed Ja’afaru and Minister of the Interior Abdulrahman Dambazau, has hired around 538 recruits without following established laws for public recruitment exercises.
